Since its foundation, the philosophy of OMD Officina Meccanica Domaso S.p.A. was to combine the utmost effort to guarantee the absolute production quality with the respect of the rules that govern a smooth running of the business activity. Therefore, beyond fulfilling all legal obligations, OMD Officina Meccanica Domaso S.p.A. has drawn up its own Code of Ethics and has appointed a Supervisory Body as per Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, which independently exercises a constant control over the correctness of the business activity.

In addition, there is a continuous attention to complying with the occupational safety regulations, granted by the presence of highly qualified staff for performing the Prevention and Protection Service.

Moreover, starting from 25th May 2018, the Company has taken the necessary measures to enable personal data to be processed in compliance with the principles introduced by EU regulation no. 679/2016.
