	Spare Parts The OMD spare parts are all original and individually controlled, this ensures perfect adaptability to the machines. Close cooperation with logistics service providers allows OMD to guarantee its customers short response and delivery times.
	Additional Equipment and Retrofit OMD offers the possibility to expand and upgrade the machinery, by installing additional components or replacing them with more modern technologies, with a consequent extension of the guarantee
	Repairs and replacements OMD offers repair services for mechanical and electronic components, as well as the possibility to purchase repaired spare parts at advantageous prices.
	Technical support and remote assistance OMD provides the experience of its technicians for immediate assistance, by telephone and remote (TeamViewer).
	Service Agreements OMD offers personalized services of periodic preventive maintenance, through short-term contracts, for all machines, in order to maintain high performance and avoid breakdowns.
	Training With the delivery of the machinery the instruction of the personnel to its use is always foreseen. Customers can, at any time, request new training courses tailored to their needs and at their premises.
