SPRING END GRINDING MACHINE

Horizontal two spindle (opposed) grinding machine with water cooling, provided for simultaneous and plane-parallel grinding of both ends of cylindrical and conical compression springs.
Spring end grinding machine with two loading plates which are assembled on a rotating table. During the grinding cycle the second loading table gets in position of loading / unloading.

The machine can operate according to the following methods:

- Automatic grinding cycle with variable feeding advance
- Automatic grinding cycle with constant grinding pressure
- Automatic grinding cycle with constant feeding advance
- Automatic grinding cycle with pauses to allow the springs to cool down
