MODEL 231 AND THE SUPERVISORY BODY

The Supervisory Body of OMD Officina Meccanica Domaso S.p.A. is responsible for ensuring the compliance and the effectiveness of the particular organizational rules adopted by the Company to prevent certain crimes identified by Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. Otherwise, the Supervisory Body shall exercise some investigatory powers and reporting to the B.O.D. the symptomatic facts of violations stated in model 231. Moreover, the Supervisory Body periodically carries out an assessment for determining the suitability of the model.

Whoever – whether collaborator, customer, supplier, etc. – who has knowledge of facts potentially likely to cause a violation of model 231 can make a report to the Supervisory Body, by contacting him via e-mail at address odv@o-m-d.it.

It should be noted that the Supervisory Body ensures the absolute confidentiality on the identity of the reporting party, as although required by law.
