WHISTLEBLOWING PLATFORM FOR REPORTING NONCONFORMING CONDUCT
Officina Meccanica Domaso S.p.A. allows to employees, suppliers and other parties to report instances of non conforming conducts or breaches of Organisational Model in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, through the use of an online platform that permits to make reports to Supervisory Body of the Company.
This tool integrates the other methods provided for sending an alert pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (e-mail address odv@o-m-d.it and traditional mail address “OFFICINA MECCANICA DOMASO S.P.A., to the attention of Supervising Body, Via Case Sparse 205, Domaso (CO) – 22013").
OBJECTIVE PURSUED
The objective pursued through the adoption of this tool is to prevent the occurrence of nonconforming or irregular conduct within the organization, in particular with reference to processes provided by Organisational Model adopted by the Company in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.
WHAT TO REPORT THROUGH WHISTLEBLOWING PLATFORM
All nonconforming or irregular conduct within the organization can be signalized through the platform, in particular with reference to processes provided by Organisational Model adopted by the Company in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.
WHAT DO NOT REPORT BY WHISTLEBLOWING PLATFORM
Communications regarding commercial activities (e.g., complaints, invoicing, etc.) must be channeled only through the customer service tools provided for this purpose and never reported by the whistleblowing platform.

Noncompliance reports are received by the Supervisory Body of the Company, who undertake to handle the report in a independent and confidential manner and not to disclose the identity of the signalling person without his consent.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Personal Data are processed in compliance with the current Data Protection legislation (Reg. UE 679/2016) and the Privacy Policy adopted by the Company.
Personal Data are kept for the period of time strictly necessary for the management of the report.
WHY TO REPORT
Often employees and other parties become aware of nonconforming or irregular conduct that the Company is unable to identify on a timely basis.
Responsible reports of nonconformity, filed in good faith, can allow the Company to promptly intercept and remedy and correct unlawful conduct and irregular acts that constitute breaches of the Company’s Code of Ethics or the Organisational Model adopted by the Company in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 or however damaging the Company and other parties.
PROTECTION OF THE SIGNALLING PARTY
The Company protects the signalling party: nonconformity reports are handled on a confidential basis and the identity of the reporting party, if provided, is not revealed without his/her consent.
The IT platform allows to dialog anonymously with the reporting party without the recipient or other parties being able to trace the origin of the nonconformity report.
