SPRING END GRINDING MACHINE

This machine is provided for simultaneous grinding of both ends of cylindrical and conical compression springs.
The springs are loaded – either manually or automatically – into the rotating loading plate.
The loading plate rotates - either continuously or indexed – and guides the springs through the grinding wheels.

1. Digital indication of the grinding wheel position
2. Automatic compensation of grinding wheel consumption (optional)
3. Motorized dressing unit
4. Semi-automatic dressing unit (optional)

6. Standard cooling system for loading plate and grinding cubicle
