SPRING END GRINDING MACHINE

This machine is provided for simultaneous grinding of both ends of cylindrical and conical compression springs.
The springs are loaded either manually or automatically into the rotating loading plate and are guided through the grinding wheels in both grinding stations.
The springs are pre-ground in the first and finished in the second station

Machine-Characteristics:

1. Digital indication of the grinding wheel position
2. Spring length gage
3. Standard cooling system for loading plate and grinding cubicle
4. Special cooling system through the grinding wheel (optional)
5. Adjustment of loading plate rotational speed as well as of indexed operation
6. Adjustment of the grinding wheel speed
7. Automatic spring loading device (optional)
